I am beyond frustrated. I ordered a phone by phone - signed terms and conditions at that time. I received a notice that my order was on hold until terms and conditions were signed. Cannot access at all on app and can’t complete the form on website. I stayed on chat for well over an hour only to be told I could try calling and completing it by phone. I ALREADY completed the form. Seriously looking in to a different provider. Should I just go to a Verizon store to resolve?
