How do I get the promotion that I was told I would get? I upgraded 3 iPhones on Thanksgiving Day for the 400.00 trade in. I returned the 3 trade in phones and for 2 of the lines I received the appropriate credit. For the 3rd line I received a 40.00 credit instead of 400.00. I have called and chatted with Verizon Wireless 5 times since January and 8 months later it is still not corrected. Last Friday I was on hold for a representative for 30 mins and then on the phone with one for an hour and a half and was not getting anywhere and had to hang up. Then they agreed to call me back the next day and I spent another 2 1/2 hours on the phone and was told that the supervisor said he could give me 300.00 for it. I told them I wanted the 400.00 that I was supposed to get. By the end of the call and a total of 4 1/2 hours of my life wasted Over my weekend and The issue was to be resolved with a 100.00 credit on my bill and the 300.00 over 24 months. I receive my bill today and guess what. It is still not fixed. I received the 100.00 credit but not the 300.00. I have been a customer since 2004 and I am ready to leave with my five lines. I asked to speak to a supervisor last Friday and no one would talk to me. The customer service guy said he was talking to the supervisor. How can I speak to a manager/supervisor and not be on the phone for another 4 hours? If I have to call and explain the same thing to another customer service rep for another 1 or 2 before they even understand I am going to scream.

Hi! I, like so many, am having this issue with the same promotion... Did you buy the phones at full retail price? The promotion indicated that criteria included purchasing the phone at full retail price OR through a 24-month device payment plan, but now they are telling me that I'm ineligible because I bought it at full retail price. What a mess!
