As of (08/28/2020)
Still, it's on pandemic. and, I am aware that I have been late in payment, but I'm sick and I have been on quarantine in my home.
That, I have been suspended with my services, with $400+ balance. therefore, with this kind of situation, I was about to call the customer service, stating that I will be paying the overall balance by month of September, 2020.
Only problem is, I CANNOT call them, because I have been calling all their numbers even their facebook page messenger, and it keeps redirecting me to an automated system.
Is there any other way for them to listen to me? or, that I will be able to tell them so that I can promise a date to pay all of the remaining balance? (month of September), it's just it is very hard. and this is confusing.
I know, they have helped everyone in delayed payments or like the recently thing they did; the stay connected program.
But, I am very frustrated, stressed and having a severe anxiety, when they suspended my services. I cannot go out from my home and I cannot call any of their numbers (again, automated system)
I would just like to make a promise on a payment (to pay all of the remaining balance by month of September, 2020)

very very very very frustrated, stressed and in severe anxiety, why? I am staying in a room, and my family is in different country - only thing that makes me connected with them is by the phone.

I find it depressing, when Verizon replies on other topics or threads, but mine? this kind of urgent question, it just feels so unfair. Instead, I get a private message or private reply, and then doesn't reply anymore. Why not address your reply publicly? tsk
