Does anyone have a direct phone number to get a REAL person on the phone from tech support tier 2 ??? I want to open a ticket for my issue because using Chat is not working nor am I getting results. My problem needs to be addressed on the backend.
I'm not aware of a direct number for tier 2 seems you have to be transferred to them by phone not chat after you do there troubleshooting steps if first rep they create a ticket not having any luck with mine
