I traded in an iPhone in December, it was received and accepted for the quoted amount in January. In March I call to see why I have not received a credit and they act like it was not appraised. They then tell me my phone had a promotion applied that it shouldn't have. Supposedly, the 3rd rep i talked to that day fixed the issue. Come April, no fix on the bill. I call again. Same story, he says the last rep never did anything. He claims to have fixed it and to have issued a temporary credit to make up for it.
Now on my projected next bill I have an additional charge of $142 as a "trade-In Adjustment".. A CHARGE, NOT A CREDIT!
Someone needs to fix this
