Trying to upgrade

I ordered the iPhone 11 Max Pro a few hours later an offer for customer loyalty was sent to me which figures! The catch is that you have to use the offer code when ordering, ha!  So I call they can cancel my order which should be confirmed in 24 hours then I can re-order and use the offer.  Simple right?  Uh no it’s been 4 days and still can’t reorder mostly due to a trade-in.  While do these reps not know how it works?  Hopefully I can still use the offer whenever it is that I can re-order!
