I ordered a iPhone 11 and went to pick it up at UPS as I missed the delivery since I was at work. UPS informed me they could not find the package and will call me when they find it. To this day I have not received a call back from UPS.
So I contacted Verizon and asked to send a replacement since UPS lost the package. They opened a ticket last Friday and I am waiting on an update. I also filed a claim with UPS but there has been no update yet. Does anyone have experience in this issue? Does Verizon send a replacement phone when the courier looses the package? I paid for the phone so I would like to get the device as soon as possible.
