I went to the Verizon store in grantpass, OR. Walked in the store and for 15 minutes no one asked me anything or even acknowledged me. Two white women Walked in and they immediately said help and offered to help them at soon as possible... AND this is the second time it has happened with me passing through Oregon, just to see if I will be treated the same, and believe me this store is for sure persistent with this Racist treatment of colored people.. Just put up a sign saying “ COLORED PEOPLE NOT ALLOWED PERIOD”. ITS SAD FOR THIS THIS TO STILL BE HAPPENING IN 2020!!
The only two Verizon Wireless stores in Grants Pass, OR are TCC stores which is a third party retailer and not corporate store. Your complaint should be also forwarded their corporate offices.

Corporate stores require appointments with one customer at a time. You definitely were at an indirect store. From what Ann posted, your issue is with TCC, not Verizon.
