how do I file a complaint to corporate, no one will give me an email.... Verizon customer service is the worst and just gives you the run around

I have 2 phones wanted 2  iphone 11  get one free, talked to someone  after much negotiation said i could do it and didnt have to add an extra line. I have been a verison customer forever. put me over to agent and agent said there was no deal and couldn't do it go to the store.. told her i talked to someone on chat and they contected me to you, she said she would have supervisor call me, never happened. Went back on chat next day, and go thru the whole thing again jesse says call and talk to supervisor and it will be no problem, he said he would put in notes and it would be resolved, talked to person said she didnt need a supervisor , she could handle it herself. comes back on line said cant get promotion without addding line, even though i was told i could, and wait till black friday four days from now maybe there will be another promotion . Run around again. So this is how verizon treats its loyal customers. No wonder why they hide all there contact information. Does anyone know if an email or direct high up to complain to...

There isn't an email address, but you can send a letter to the correspondence address listed under the Contact Us link at the top of every Verizon Wireless web page.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Each and every promotion has qualifiers. If you don't qualify for the promotion, you shouldn't expect special treatment.

I agree chat support is pretty bad. But as far as runarounds go, if a phone CS agent said a new line is required and you want to escalate, that's you not liking the honest truth.

My account is a former Alltel one and I don't expect special treatment nor will I harass a rep trying to get them to. BOGO deals will always require a new line, that's never going to change. Contacting a rep isn't going to change that and is doing a disservice to other customers waiting in queue for a real problem requiring assistance.
