iPhone 11 Pro - No Bluetooth

I got my iPhone 11 Pro 2 days ago and have not been able to pair any device with Bluetooh. I updgraded from an iPhone 7 (with Verizon) and never had any issue.

Is the phone defective?

I'm having the same issue, although it's been intermittent for me.  In addition my volumn down button is not working at all
