We have had Verizon using iPhones for many years and have not had any problem with the speed until about 2 weeks ago. I talked with a customer service rep and did all the updates/changes she recommended. I even upgraded my plan (for an additional cost, of course). They submitted a ticket to have it analyzed (NRB00010658691), but I have heard nothing and nothing has improved!
Our service at home remains VERY slow on both of our iPhones. There is clearly something wrong/changed in our location, as the speed is much better when I am in other locations.
It's great to know that you had already reached out to us about this, but when a network ticket has already been created, we would need to allow the network team to work on it. -Russell
