We just upgraded a phone on our plan. I paid the 35.00 upgrade fee and taxes of 38.10 at the time of purchase. I have a receipt of the payment from verizon and I have a bank statement showing the deduction of 73.10. Verizon is now billing us these two charges AGAIN on our monthly bill. Spent two hours on the phone with customer service and offered to email a copy of bank statement and they wont accept it to resolve this issue.
Make sure it was an actual charge and not an invoice stating the charges.
