I have been lied to and misled by verizon! They set up arrangements and then say the agent misled you. I make my payment and service gets turned off! Ive had a hardship due to covid-19 and now im working from home and need my service and was set up on a suppose to be plan to help keep service and it has been pure heck! each agent tells me different lies! and says i was misinformed and misled by THEY Agents unbelievable! No One seems to care and even the suppose to be supervisors and managers are no different! Ive been with verizon for a few years and never thought that i would be at this point with them! HELP!!!!!!
