I made an online order to upgraded my iPhone XS for the iPhone 13 on June 22 and purchased next-day shipping. However, it's now July 15 and the phone still says it hasn't even been shipped yet. I would like to get a refund on my next-day shipping and an update on when the phone will arrive.
