Husband and I preordered our two Iphone 13 Pro Maxs and upon picking up we both declined all protection plan, screen protector and cases etc etc. Yet upon looking at our bill we had a protection plan added to ALL three of our accounts phones. Even the one (Iphone 7) we never brought up to the store sales associate. Both my husband and I remember 110% not checking the box and signing for the protection plans. As we feel very strongly about not wanting one.
Thankfully we reviewed our account and saw exactly when it was added:

It is a new "add" on they put on all three phones as no other monthly bills in our over ten years of Verizon have a protection plan.
This is fraud!
I have all screenshots and will be going to the store tomorrow. Honestly we caught it in time and it wont hurt us. Yet I know 11000% they must be doing this to others if they did it to us so freely.
If you haven't already done so, sign into your MyVerizon account online and remove the protection plan from your lines.
