I have been a ling time customer and have been noticing things going crazy with my bill and Verizon had som technical issues where it did not pull a auto payment a couple times and they have now charged me multiple times reconnect fees in turn it has put me behind on my bill as i have been trying to overcome covid messing with my financial life and now shut off again before 8 am and cant call customer support but feel as if being shut off is not my fault dur to them not pulling a schedule payment what can i do to get them to honor there mistakes and re connect me
