I have not been able to receive call from any ATT user. I have been to the store 2X and been on the phone 4X for a total of 4+ hours. They escalate the claim and then close the ticket without ever confirming that the problem has been solved, WHICH IT HASN'T. I'm at a total loss as to what to do and wanted to reach out to the community for help. My phone is my business and it's creating a massive challenge for me. Verizon has done a poor job assisting me and ultimately solving the issue.
