Said dealer [Celluar Sales, Warrenton, Ore] failed to properly apply my cash payment in full [again, receipt provided]. As such, I have to endure Verizons continual billing me for a phone I own.
Verizon doesnt seem to care, BEWARE of Verizon & its "Authorized" dealers.
I had some questionable stuff happen with the same company back in November. I will not deal with them again. Have been back in the store twice since we initially bought phones and switched and their customer service in the store leaves a lot to be desired.
That is theft. Not only should you contact your local Police Department, but you should file a Better Business Bureau complaint or an FCC complaint. Since you have a receipt proving that you paid for the device in full, whoever it is that processed your sale has some explaining to do.
