Ported two numbers to Verizon. One was ported without any issue. The other one is stuck which I am told is getting fixed with IT. It has been 15 DAYS now with no updates, no information on when they will resolve. All I get is - They are working on it. As a new customer this has been very frustrating and disappointing especially from Verizon. Could someone please help?
It should not take 15 DAYS+ to resolve a porting issue.
