I'm trying to set up my iPhone 13 Pro Max

I'm setting up my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max .  About 3/4 of the apps stopped loading halfway through.  I have waited 5 hours to finish and it seems stuck

If you haven’t already, turn the phone off, wait a minute or two and turn it back on. Sometimes all the apps loading at once get bound up.
