Has anyone else been promised "iphone 13 on us" only to have Verizon not apply the credits they promised!!!?????? I have spent countless hours with Verizon reps, being passed around and not one of the over 10 reps can fix the problem created. This seems like fraud by Verizon, promise trade in credit and then process the sale of the phone without the credit process promised. Anyone know how to file a compliant with Federal or State regulators? This surely is fraud by Verizon.
