My daughter's new iPhone will not activate. She has spent 7 hours with customer service and two hours last night in a Verizon store. No one seems to be able to help. They say the phone or the shrive is "stuck in a switch state." But no one seems to know how to fix that. How can I get this problem kicked up the Verizon food chain?
If you figure out how to get the problem kicked up the Verion food chain, please let us ALL know. That is something I think everyone would appreciate knowing.

Have they accused you of using a stolen phone yet? That’s 1 of only 25 other excuses before that they gave me for why my new sim will not activate. Good luck!
