No 5G UW in San Diego on iPhone 13 Pro

I have the proper plan (Play More Unlimited 5G UW) and the new iPhone 13 Pro and I have all the settings correct but no matter where I am in San Diego I do not get the 5G UW, just the regular (slow) 5G. 

How do I resolve this?
