I bought a new iPhone 13 and set up new service with Verizon (really regretting it now) so I could have mobile hotspots. I moved my existing phone number over. I am now unable to receive calls. And the "help" through the app gives me all kinds of steps to go through. NONE of which helped. I cannot get a person to speak with. I need my phone for work.
HELP
It also tells callers to my phone number that it is NOT IN SERVICE.
Yet my phone says Verizon in the upper left AND THEY SENT ME A BILL.
So....ya think it'd work.....
