The last VM I received was on 12/22. I have an iPhone 13 Pro paired with an Apple Watch SE Cellular. I can't speak to anyone (don't get a call back or its a 1+ hr wait) so I chat. I don't receive VM even if I call *86. I have been through all the troubleshooting...
- reset VM Pin
- no VPN, cycle airplane mode, wifi off, cell data on...
- reset network settings
- hard restart/ reset/ restore phone
I am beyond frustrated with Verizon's lack of support and I must get this fixed. I hae 5 lines with VZ and this is the only one with an issue. Any suggestions are appreciated #readytoquitVZ
I'm not receiiving voicemail either and it's costing me money. I am losing business and there is no support!
This is going on with my partner's line and we have tried everything. She runs her own business and voicemails are vital. Very frustrating.
