Poor customer service with upgrade

I did an order on the site and had it sent to my work and per FedEx they delivered it at 1229 pm today 1/21/22 and person signed for it and when i spoke to the customer service rep via chat they are like it takes 7-10 days to do investigation and mind you i have paid for the charges for the upgrade and when trying to do the report missing package on Fedex site for security they say that they need the address it was shipped to and i put in and it comes back that it does not match their records so i am so ready to just leave Verizon because i am out the upgrade money for the phone and do not have the phone paid for and then being told that i have to wait 7-10 days
