Posting this based on my recent chat, after 4 months and over 40 hours trying to resolve my phone situation, they told me today they can't see that my deal existed. I have copies of the chat sessions that prove it, but apparently, evidence doesn't matter. Granted these are customer service people and don't have any real power to make things right if it isn't in their system.
Anyone else experiencing their phone deals not being processed correctly?
Small claims courts seems like my only option now that they are not honoring it (after several other attempts claimed they were resolving it over the last two months and that they were just backed up). This may evolve into a class action as Rebate Runaround seems to be a common subject line here and on other sites.
It is about the principle of the situation at this point.
