I am upset that I have been completing rebates since 1/6/22. I have submitted over 7 rebates and talked to over 4-5 representatives in which I have followed specific directions. I received two rebates and am continuing to wait on two other which they indicate are not valid but do not understand why when I submitted the same two rebates for the other phones. When I submitted the last rebate in march, the process was expedited and I received within the week. Speaking with the representative today ie #- 5885063, indicates I can not receive my other two rebates within 30 days. I do not understand this in addition to being hung up as well as waiting for over two hours. I am sad to say that I switched over to verizon and they do not follow through on their contracts even when costumers follow through with their due diligence.
