Brought a friend from her fathers AT&T account onto my account and was promised 1000$ rebate to pay for device. Keeps rejecting my claim saying I need a final bill which doesn’t exist as she came of an active account. I keep submitting the bill showing her number prior to porting and that is the only thing I have. What more can I do? They talked us into a new phone instead of just bringing her phone with the promise that this rebate would pay for it.
