Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Can you provide more detail as to what international charges you're getting?  Are you saying no international calls are being made but being charged anyway?  Do you have an international plan on your account?
