The iPhone 13 pro max is on back order and won’t ship until October 29th. I want to trade in my old phone but you only have 15 days or less to do it. So would I have to go without a phone for a while? or is it 15 days to trade in your old phone after getting the new one?
My understanding, when I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max, was you have up to 30 days to send your trade-in after the receipt of your new phone. Please verify with Verizon.
