I have two spam numbers I’ve added to the block list & set calls nabbed by Call Filter to not go to voicemail, yet those two numbers are getting around the filter & going directly to voicemail. How can I fix that?

No one likes to get spam calls! When you blocked the numbers, did you block them with the Call Filter app or through the phone app on your iPhone 13?

Hi, there are no numbers stored in the iPhone’s own block list. I’ve also tried the neighborhood block in the app for the area code & exchange prefix, they still get around it & leave messages in my voicemail without the phone even ringing.
You can also block the numbers by logging in to My Verizon > Manage Device > Block calls and Messages.
