I just upgraded my phone to the 13 Pro Max, set it up and it works just fine, but I can’t log in to the my Verizon app without getting the error “It looks like your device is not eligible for SMS and you do not have an email-id set up.” 

I’ve had my line for over 2 years, I’m the account manager and I can’t log in through the app to see my bill or manage my account. I’ve spoken with Verizon customer service who had me restart my phone, delete and redownload the app and then transferred me to apple tech support who also could not find out the problem. I’ve never had a problem until I upgraded.

Did you set up your ID me account, and is your iCloud also set up. *Rhonda

My iCloud is set up, I transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. I’m not sure what the ID me account is
