Verizon Data is Unreliable in Canada. What other data options are there?

I’m trying to work while traveling in Canada. - my 5G high speed Verizon service is non-existent. 😞

Wi-Fi is not always available when on the go.  Wish I had known before leaving.  I cannot connect with Verizon support - had to make an appointment for 10 hours later. On hold for hrs.  How do people get work done when visiting Canada???

RED35, your wireless experts are here to assist. Being able to use your phone while traveling is key. Have you tried to turn off the 5G  data and use 4G for now:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211828
