I upgraded from prepaid to postpaid account since I wanted to connect to my Apple Watch.
They are offering for rebate for $100 and $350 for Watch phone. I been having some issues with Verizon. One of issue was,I have one account but some how Verizon made another account with different account number so I received another bill. My account is autopay and pay on time but received bill and said it’s behind so I had to go Verizon store to clear up the situation and it was their mistake. Now I have rebate is processing but when I mentioned another issues on chat, she offended me upgraded the plan for no charge,promotions but I didn’t care much or not thinking to change the plan so I said NO THANK You but she still changed my plan without my permission. So I lost my plan..it supposed to not change the plan of you have rebate is processing but since she changed my plan without my permission,I lost my rebate. I called and chat with Verizon with this situation but nobody help! All they want to do is offer or upgraded,take money but not help the problem I’m having..I need to switch different carrier. Already having some bad experiences within a month.
