I traded in my iPhone 12 with the trade in promo this winter for $1000 off an iPhone 13 to be paid over 24 months. My receipt from the order confirms it will be over 24 months. Verizon however admitted to an error and is now paying me over 30 months. They are refusing to correct the mistake or provide me anything to make up for the trouble. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with 3 different agents without any success. To be honest, its been the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company. Does anyone have any suggestions to get them to honor their contract?
