I placed an order last Sunday 1/9 for two iPhones. Then placed an order on Monday 1/10 for two more. One from Monday is delivered and the other will be delivered tomorrow. The order from Sunday still says preparing for shipment. How does this happen? Both phones are in stock. Live reps from chat have been zero help, they keep telling me not to worry. However the Verizon website says that orders over the weekend will be shipped Monday. I can’t get any helpful answers from anyone! Has anyone else experienced this? I’m beyond frustrated at this point.
