FIOS tells me to call Wireless, Wireless tells me to call FIOS and 3 months later and still I'm fighting to get the discount I'm entitled to.
I have HOME GIGABIT and UNLIMITED PLANS so I should be on Mobile + Home Level 3. Instead I've been on Mobile + Home Level 2 and FIOS tells me its not them its Wireless; Wireless tells me its not them its FIOS.
So far no one has helped and being a Verizon customer for over 10+ years, I'm fed up calling every 2 weeks.
