I still haven't received my $800 credit for the iPhone that I traded in back in December. I was told it would be a couple months & yet here we are seven months later still no $800 credit as promise! After holding for an awful long time, I was told a supervisor would call me to get it resolved...still haven't received a call. Online chat is confused on how to answer. So here we go loopty loo 🙄 The decision to switch back is as poor as the customer service department.
It concerns us deeply that you still do not have resolution on the promotion issue, and that we did not call back as promised. The buck stops here. I have sent a private note to discuss the matter in a more secure setting.
