I have been charged a device payment amount of $2093.77 on my account that I did not authorize. Verizon just took the money. I had to go to my bank to get it reversed. But since the payment went through before I had it reversed it shows my devices paid in full and my device agreements have been deactivated. I am told there is nothing that can be done. They cannot change that the devices say paid in full and now I have to pay the $2093.77 or my account will be delinquent. I did not authorize this to begin with and I do not know what to do. I want my device agreements reinstated but I am being told that cannot happen. Someone please help.
