Hey guys I recently got the new iPhone 13 pro max and when logging into the my Verizon app it says I don’t have SMS and my email is isn’t set up? Verizon doesn’t seem to know what’s going on and so far I can’t find any info related to a fix? Can anyone help thanks a buch
I have the same problem with my iPhone 13 pro. Verizon got the app to work. I closed it, and have the same message again. I bought my phone directly from Apple not sure if that has something to do with it.
