I have purchased the iPhone 13 pro earlier this month.
Before Verizon shipped it out, I found out the shipping address is missing my unit number.
I contacted with Verizon via online chatting. The rep ensured me that the shipping address has been corrected. Attached the conversation below.
However, I supposed to get the delivery today but UPS did not deliver because of missing my unit number. Now it is on the way to Verizon warehouse because UPS returned it back.
My question: will Verizon return and refund my order? Or will Verizon ship another device with my correct address
