***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. I depend on my device constantly, so having a no service issue is very alarming. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what zip code are you having this issue in? Also, confirm for me do you notice this issue indoors and outdoors?

I have same issue. Indoors AND outdoors. 49127. Work in nuclear and need to be able to receive calls and text for work. Have had you for over 10 years with no issues, not this is the norm: no signal. What gives?

There is no active alerts in your area at his time. Which does not mean there is not an issue. Have you reset the network settings on your device, or made sure it was up to date in the system.  *Rhonda
