Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Digital Secure not working on IPhone 14 Pro, MacBook Pro

After downloading Digital Secure and adding my first 2 devices, I immediately lost access to all my financial, email, other most important accounts.  My repeated correct passwords and verifications in attempts to sign in just go into a never ending loop and never opening any.  This is a NIGHMARE!!  I am really in a bind and cannot get any help from Verizon except a useless chat suggesting I call during business hours.  How do I back out all this invasive so-called "security" that has made my brand new iPhone and my trusted, never a problem MacBook virtually useless to manage my finances, my email, etc?
