***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. No Service same time every day

At about the same time every day 12:30 PM until about 3:30-4:00 PM EST there is little or no service.  Have visited the store and they have tried to give me instructions/steps to improve the service but they didn't work. Suggestions like turn off wifi, choose LTE only under the Cellular Service options in the settings.  I thought it was because I had an older phone but got the new phone recently and like clockwork, same time every day at work, phone does not work.  Have 2-3 other coworkers with the same issue. All with Verizon. Paying too much for service to not work for that amount of time EVERY single day.
