I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max on 9/10, with a delivery date of 9/23. I called today because the order still hasn’t shipped, and the customer service rep said they have no record of the order in their system. I can still see the order under my Account Overview. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have no idea what to do, Verizon can’t even cancel the order because they can’t find it in their system, but I’d hate to order again and end up with two phones. Not to mention it’ll be the end of October before I’d receive a new phone. Definitely ordering through Apple next time.
It happened to me a new customer trying to switch from T-Mobile. I ordered on 9/9 and they sent me a confirmation. I ended up getting an email that there was an issue with the payment even though it originally went thru. I called and went thru only a certain department was able to see it and said it was canceled. Like you it still said I still had the order. I ended up just going thru the steps and reordered. The new order showed up today much sooner then they quoted me and around the time the original order was supposed to. So all in all I’m satisfied other then the hours spent in chat and on the phone trying to figure out why my order was messed up.
