***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I ordered the promax 14 on September 28. I have not heard one word about receiving it and it is now November 5. I received a box for my trade-in, but can’t turn the trade-in because I need a new phone before I can do that. When I check out the website, it is so frustrating because I can’t get answers not even from your so-called assistant. I have called Verizon two times with a phone call of at least two hours and they have no idea what is going on. I have been through Verizon for quite a few years and this is the first time I have been so frustrated that I might be thinking about going somewhere else. Never had this problem before . Where is my phone? I also keep getting a link to keep putting my credit card in because it says it has been declined. I called my credit company and they said it wasn’t declined again what is going on? This is really a messy situation I don’t like being in.
