***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I was told to send in my iPhone XR for a trade in value of 800 dollars for the new iPhone 14 pro. My status said it was initiated and then nothing else. My package was delivered to Fort Worth Texas to the return center and I have proof of delivery. I have been told by TWO different Verizon reps that it 1) wasn’t a real tracking number, even though I verified it with UPS and 2) that I should just ignore that status because my trade in credit was already applied. Except they just revoked my trade in value today. I even called the trade in call center and they said that my trade in request was complete. It’s impossible to get anyone to help me with this issue when I did everything I was supposed to do.
