NEVER preordering a phone from Verizon again. I originally preordered directly from Apple website, then cancelled when seeing that Verizon was going to ship earlier than Apple. Now Apple already has them available for pick up from my local mall and somehow Verizon is not even updating their site for people who ordered earlier than me. What's the point of preordering a phone if you're getting it later than people who didn't even preorder? Instant regret. Next time, I'm going straight through Apple. Verizon can do better.
