I entered the number I wanted to be blocked. I got the pop up that says it was successful and will receive an email verifying it went through. Roughly, 24 hrs later I go the email that said the changes to your account were done and successful. But that morning that number I blocked still came through, I don't know what to do, and I don't want to spend $4.99/month to have one number blocked....any suggestions?
How are they getting through to you, are they texting or calling you? If they're using another app like iMessage the only way you can block that is if you turn iMessage off, doing the call/message block thru Verizon can't block that.
